TRACER boasts a highly experienced team and advisory board with expertise in technology, finance, and climate policy. This includes individuals with backgrounds in leading technology companies, financial institutions, and government agencies. The team's diverse skill set and experience ensure the successful development and execution of the TRACER project.
TRACER is led by a team of seasoned international executives, each with a history of groundbreaking success.
Previously worked in senior management roles in international business for over 25 years. In his last role, Hans was responsible for finance and operations at the Netherlands Council for Trade Promotion, where he was in charge of the business support infrastructure in over 20 countries.
A multidiscipline technologist with over 20 years of European and US-based experience at technology start-ups as well as large international enterprises. Philippe is probably best known for his work as Technology Fellow at Electronic Arts where he worked on the architecture of SimCity and other breakthrough computer applications.
A successful international corporate law and finance attorney, who has decided to pursue her career in sustainable business projects. Hester coordinates the relationships between the various participants in the Tracer DAO ecosystem.
Further strengthening TRACER’s strategic direction is an Advisory Board that includes Dr. Alberto Pace, Head of Data Management at CERN.
Other senior advisors are Hubert Shio-Hsien Tai, a distinguished tech executive who was part of the leadership team of two successful Wall Street IPOs; Web3 marketing expert dr. Nisheta Sachdev, who adds a wealth of communications and PR experience to the team; Michiel Cornelis Frackers, who demonstrated his entrepreneurial drive while still in college by founding the Netherlands' largest internet service provider, later acquired by Royal Dutch Telecom KPN and Andrew Barbeau, who brings extensive experience advising companies and governments on clean technology and smart city development.
