Total circulating supply measures how many tokens are vested and unlocked from the total supply over time. The number of tokens released from a particular stakeholder group at any given time is determined by the release schedule, specified in the Token Release Schedule section. The majority of the token supply is subject to long-term lock-ups to slowly ease liquidity into the market. All supplies issued at the Token Generation Event will be vested and unlocked after 48 months.

The chart below shows how the total circulating supply will gradually release coins into the total supply in time. The red horizontal line at the top of the chart represents the hard-capped supply of 12.5 billion Tracer tokens. The chart ignores how the token burn mechanism will reduce the total supply over time.
